BREAKING NEWS:Adama Sanogo Signs Two-Way Contract With Bulls

Today, the Chicago Bulls announced that forward/center Adama Sanogo has agreed to a two-way contract with the team.

In nine games with Chicago in 2023–24, Sanogo, 6–9, 245 pounds, averaged 4.0 points and 4.0 rebounds in 7.3 minutes. A 22-point, 20-rebound game against Washington on April 12th, which set a franchise record for the most offensive rebounds in a single quarter (eight), made Sanogo the second rookie in Bulls history to achieve a 20-point/20-rebound game after Charles Oakley.

The product of Bamako, Mali also played for the Bulls G League affiliate Windy City Bulls in 29 regular season games (28 starts), averaging 22.0 points, 12.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists, and 1.1 blocks in 30.3 minutes. In the G League, Sanogo tied for sixth place in total points (637), led in rebounds per game (12.7), and led in total rebounds (367). He was chosen for the 2023–24 All-NBA G League Third Team and was the only G League player to finish with at least 500 points and 300 rebounds in the previous campaign.

In 91 games (87 starts) over three seasons at Connecticut, Sanogo averaged 13.9 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.0 assist, 1.2 blocks, and 0.7 steals in 25.0 minutes. Along with winning the 2023 NCAA Championship, Sanogo was selected to two All-Big East First Teams (2022, 2023) and was named the most outstanding player of the 2023 NCAA Final Four.
