BREAKING NEWS: At home, San Antonio Brahmas defeat Arlington Renegades

In 2024, the story has been different for these two franchises. With a record of 5-2, San Antonio is winning football games. Even though their performance isn’t always flawless, they manage to win. An excellent example occurred last week versus Houston; even though they were outplayed, Ryan Santoso’s walk-off field goal secured their fifth victory of the year.

Conversely, Arlington dropped their first six games. They felt like a team with a record better than 1-6 even though they were the losers of three easy victories. Last week, the Renegades defeated Memphis by a score of 24 points in their first meeting.

In the fifth week’s matchup between these two groups, San Antonio prevailed 25–15. Despite the closeness of the contest throughout, Arlington entered today’s match determined to exact payback.

Initial Quarter
In this game, the San Antonio Brahmas got off to a scorching start. Back at quarterback one was Quinten Dormady, while Anthony McFarland played for the first time since week four. He got involved right away, using his amazing speed to take a stroke past the distance. It was 7-0 thanks to a good PAT from Morgan Ellison.
