The Spanish newspaper Sport believes that the Blues are undecided about whether to keep him in their first team squad for the upcoming season or loan him out to improve his development, ahead of his move to Stamford Bridge.

According to the source, one possibility is to loan him to a team that will give him more first-team experience than Chelsea does; Sevilla is one potential destination for the 18-year-old.
