JUST IN: Gregory Popovich Top Prospect Named Spurs Tracker’s Coach of All Time

Gregg Popovich, the head coach of the San Antonio Spurs, was chosen the best prospect of all time.

POPOVICH JULY 10 DOES WELL WITH YOUTH The country’s best prospect is Cooper Flagg. He’s scheduled to play for Duke and get drafted into the NBA the next season, barring an asteroid strike on Earth. It appears that Cooper Flagg was a young student of Gregg Popovich when he was born in 2006, in between two seasons in which the San Antonio Spurs won championships.

July 10: Incapable of making it Kawhi Leonard’s teams are still hampered by his injuries. Even though the Los Angeles Clippers player only participated in Games 2 and 3 of the NBA playoffs’ first round against the Dallas Mavericks, Team USA believed he would be prepared for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. But before Team USA could leave for Paris, Leonard left the group.

Fortunately for the USA, it seemed like a championship-caliber player was just waiting for his chance to play. In order to replace the injured Leonard, Team USA reportedly brought in 2024 NBA champion Derrick White, according to Marc Spears of Andscape.

CASTLE JULY 9 SLAMS IT DOWN Athletes aren’t usually associated with the San Antonio Spurs. The expectations of a Spurs prospect have since altered, though, thanks to their last two high draft selections. Stephon Castle, the fourth overall choice for San Antonio, produced a standout play against China in the California Classic game.
