In light of Jaylin Galloway’s rumored NBA exit, the Sydney Kings may try to pounce.
Jaylin Galloway, a two-time NBL champion, may be headed back to the Sydney Kings following his alleged waiver request from the Milwaukee Bucks.
In March, Galloway signed a two-way contract with the NBA team and participated in seven games with the Wisconsin Herd, the team’s G League affiliate.
Simultaneously, he agreed to a contract extension with the Kings that would keep his NBL rights for the following three seasons, through the end of NBL27.
At the time, Chris Pongrass, CEO of the Kings, stated, “He will always have a home here in Sydney.”
Michael Scotto of HoopsHype broke the story, stating that Milwaukee was dismissing Galloway in order to sign a different player.
